    •    A full response or resolution will be provided within 10 business days.

 

3. Resolution

    •    We will work with you to resolve the issue fairly, which may include a replacement, refund, or alternative solution depending on the situation.

 

4. Escalation

    •    If you are not satisfied with our response, you may escalate the complaint to [relevant external body, e.g., Citizens Advice or alternative dispute resolution service if applicable].
