Returns & Refunds 

At AHIMIHA, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange items under the following conditions:

 

1. Time Frame

    •    Returns or exchanges must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order.

 

2. Condition of Items

    •    Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the original packaging with all tags attached.

    •    We cannot accept items that show signs of wear or damage.

 

3. How to Return

    •    Contact our customer service team at support@ahimiha.com to request a return.

    •    We will provide instructions for sending the item back.

 

4. Refunds

    •    Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    •    Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

 

5. Exchanges

    •    If you wish to exchange an item, please specify your desired size or style when requesting the return.

    •    Shipping costs for exchanges may apply.

 

6. Return Shipping Costs

    •    Customers may be responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

 

7. Defective or Damaged Items

    •    If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact us immediately at support@ahimiha.com and we will replace the item or provide a full refund, including shipping costs.
