International Shipping

We currently ship to Europe, USA and Australia.

Costs: International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your specific location and the weight/dimensions of your order, Royal Mail International Standard £14.99
Estimated Delivery Time: International deliveries typically take 7–14 working days, though this can vary depending on the destination country's customs procedures and local postal services.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Customers are solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country's authorities. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Order Processing
Our order processing operates on a strict schedule to ensure timely dispatch.

Processing Days: Orders are processed Monday through to Saturday, excluding UK bank holidays.
Dispatch Time: Orders placed and confirmed before 2:00 PM GMT are typically dispatched on the same working day. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched on the next working day.
Order Confirmation and Tracking: Upon successful dispatch of your order, you will receive a confirmation email. This email will include relevant tracking information and a link to monitor the status of your delivery, where available.

Delivery Times
The following are our estimated delivery timelines:

UK Standard Delivery: 3–5 working days from dispatch.
UK Express Delivery: 1–2 working days from dispatch.
International Delivery: 7–14 working days from dispatch.

Please be advised that additional time may be required for deliveries during public holidays, major sales events, or in the event of unforeseen issues affecting our courier partners.

Failed Deliveries & Incorrect Addresses
It is crucial that you provide accurate and complete delivery information at the time of checkout.

Incorrect Address Responsibility: AHIMIHA cannot be held responsible for delays, losses, or non-delivery of orders resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses provided by the customer.
Returned Parcels: If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or refusal to pay customs fees, the customer will be responsible for covering the costs associated with reshipping the order.
