We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example, due to suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability.

4. Prices & Payments
All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
Payment must be made in full at the time of order.
We accept payment via Visa, Mastercard, Clear Pay, Klarna and other methods listed in footer..
Prices are subject to change but will not affect orders already confirmed.

5. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays outside our control (e.g., courier delays, customs issues).
Risk of loss or damage to goods passes to you once the order is delivered.
You are responsible for providing the correct delivery address. We are not liable if goods are lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you.
If delivery fails and items are returned to us, we may charge you for re-delivery.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

7. Returns & Refunds
You have the legal right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order (cooling-off period).
Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags attached.
Refunds will be issued within 7–10 working days after we receive your return.
We will refund the original delivery charge if you return your entire order, but you are responsible for the cost of return shipping (unless the item is faulty or incorrect).
Non-returnable items: underwear, socks, swimwear, personalised or customised items, unless faulty.
 

8. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

9. Promotions & Discounts
Discount codes and offers are subject to terms stated at the time of promotion.
Only one discount code can be used per order unless otherwise stated.
